S - broccoli, asparagus, sardines, spark
pre workout supplements
post workout recovery shake, scoop of perfect foods, scoop of protein
S - sardines and rest of broccoli
D - squash, beef(always grass fed) farm fresh sausage, lots of olive oil on top
