Can you RUN?

Well maybe.  I am bound and determined to get my fitness back if even if it kills me.


For those of you familiar with Mesa hill, well it is .8 miles up with a few areas of relief for a moment...


the goal, not to stop.  the time, 6:40.  I will have this under 6minutes in two weeks, mark my words.
