After Pictures, Before Pictures




It is a great realization. I do understand my clients. I do understand what one goes through when faced with a weight loss goal, the scale, and the true meaning of go by measurements and body fat percentage....

I too am finding out that the best way is the Crossfit way.

Fresh Food



IF you have a place in your yard, why not grow a vegetable garden. Do you know how awesome that would be to walk out to your yard and get a few things for that perfect zone meal.

Kris and I have decided to grow our own food. Savannah is stoked about it too. It is to our understanding that food is energy and the more love and energy we put in to our food the better it is for us and our nutrition. Whach out you guys, we are about to glow!

It just makes sense.

CrossFit Central Crushers!



Not sure if this is a name for new women's only training program that will start this June or if it is a young girls Crossfit training program.

Savannah thinks that she should be the team mascot or Lead the pack on the kids team! I think she rocks.

Workout Anywhere!




I try and keep something around the house that I can pick up quickly and get in a crossfit workout. The Barbell. What a great tool to use for a total body workout. Lets see, the back squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, thruster, dead lift, sumo deadlift high pull, and the list goes on.

I can pretty much put anything together with a barbell and you can plan to get your but kicked. As I did to myself in the photo. In between breast feeding and holding Stone and making sure I did not hit Savannah's head as I did my squats, we had a pretty good workout. Two years ago Kris put a pull up bar in our backyard so that always makes for a great addition to a workout.


I plan to be kicking some but here soon... home workout #2.

Let me know if you need some home programs to push you along. The best part about'em is they are short and sweet and you don't have to travel anywhere to get'em done!

Welcome Back Carey... Love Crossfit


Wow! Thanks CrossFit and Crossfit Central. I had a great time on the track today... back for my first run. The WOD was 4 X 800m timed, take as much time as you need between rounds.

improved each round and felt good at the end. I am satisfied with the workout and look forward to coming back full speed. However long that will take.

Yesterday I visited Crossfit Central gym and decided to stick around and do a little welcome back workout. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 pull up, push up, wall ball starting at 15 and working down to 1 in pull up/push up set.

I am sore! Push ups are the hardest for me right now. They are slow and low, need to work the fast twitch muscle!

Any who, I look forward to getting back into class with all you guys! I have to admit I feel like I need some physical endurance before I start with you, Now I know how you felt when you had to just jump into class and get started! Hats off to all of you for commiting to your wellness and working with the BEST program in Austin!
