Crossfit Women's Only Program


The Women of Crossfit. Learning to use the barbell can be intimidating sometimes. The girls are getting to know the intensity of Crossfit with the barbell and loving the results. There is no better way to lose weight, tone up, and meet like minded people.

We are starting October Programs in two weeks. The time is now to get in your elements and get yourself enrolled into a class.

The women's program is designed to encourage you to push past your metal physical block and achieve the goal you set out to achieve. Like minded people gathering together is a victory in itself.
