Rise and Shine


That is what we do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, even Saturday and Sunday! There is nothing like getting up at 5am most days of the week to train and coach Austin's toughest "everyday" people. And I have to admit, the rise and shine at 5am does not make them normal. A lot of people get up to workout in the morning but the number of people that have not commited to an am workout is many. Hats off to all of you who get up day in and day out for training. I tell my clients that if they want to take it to the next level you will get up for early morning workouts. Try it, let me know if it is working for you.
Have a great weekend! Sleep in a little then go for that jog or weight training session you won't regret it.

Dang, I wish I lived closer but I can't see driving to get there for a 5 am workout. I even donated my bumper weights and bar to Texas State so I could (hopefully) use them without taking up my floor space.

I haven't done Fran in a while but I need to work on it some more... it was always my fav!
