CrossFit to Triathlon
Can CrossFit prepare the body for a 1/2 Ironman?
I will be training for the 1/2 ironman in October that is here in Austin. I will commit to training 5 days of Crossfit mixed in with a run, swim, and/or bike combo workout. My prediction is that I will be in top physical condition and I will win my age division.

Sounds like a nice experiment...I shall do the same..but Olympic instead of half IM.
So, almost 3 years later; how'd this work for you?
