It is the new year and I need a new look

Thank you for all being a part of my life. I am blessed. I would like to pass blessings along as well as enlarge my territory.

This year, I have to decide what I want the rest of my life to look like. My dreams and aspirations will be more than I ever thought I was capable of.

Do we say that every year? Do we reevaluate what we accomplished last year and what this year holds? Do you know how you got where you are? Have you ever just gotten there by "luck," "accident," or sheer determination and choice? The answer is, you made the choice whether you were conscious of it or not. Now how does last year look. Great? Okay? Terrible? Did you achieve everything you wanted?

Last year I said I was looking to take on a few clients that wanted to change their lives. Several of you emailed me. My program is designed for you to have complete success in all areas of your life in 2010. We will use CrossFit as the vehicle. This will be a group program. I have chosen the group format because I want there to be more than just one, more than just one accountability person, more than just one opportunity to change your world. I want to bring like-minded, determined, strong women together to change the world we live in.

If you are interested in joining this year's MASTER MIND WOMEN'S FIGHT CLUB, please leave your comments on this post. No big details have to be left, but a desire to commit will be established.

Details coming soon...

Do you have to be local? I'm in Atlanta, GA.

BTW, I love the new look!

I'm turning 30 this year...yup! Sounds like it might be the right time to get sorted and say bye-bye to my 20's with no regrets and a clear path forward!

Can I be part of the fight club even if I have a broken back?! You know I have some big fitness & strength goals, but I haven't told you about all of my other goals for the year (I have quite a few). I love the idea of being part of a group of women who are all looking to make big improvements, support each other, and hold each other accountable. SUCH a great idea!

Carey I would love to do this but currently live in Virginia. I think with technology there is opportunity to make this work, especially with resources like Skype, etc.... It would be awesome to start a movement of women from across the U.S. or at least try a small test group to see what happens. Maybe even a retreat at the end of it all.

Love the new look! :)
