Natalie Woolfolk: spilt jerk | Crossfit, as most of us know, relies on functional movements, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and sprinting in a randomized fashion. These ensure the most prepared fitness possible. This Saturday, June 13th, from 8 to 10 am I will be holding an Olympic weight lifting training for women. This class is capped at 20 women to ensure each person is given adequate attention.
