Amazing how you can live your life for events. It may be a wedding coming up and you are getting your body ready for it, could be a birthday that you are preparing for, a birth, an anniversary, whatever it is your energy is being directed to this "main" event!
I am sure that life will happen for you today just like for me. The key is what will you focus on today that will make you ready for tomorrow or what will you focus on today that will make you better today.
Life is happening right now. Do not get so caught up in what will be tomorrow for tomorrow may never come. If we take care of our needs today, all that you live for will come.
Life goes on, life is going on. Don't get caught waiting for tomorrow. Live for today.

Setting goals weekly
i have been trying to set goals on a weekly basis based on my monthly goal and my 3 month goals that lead me to my year goals that will be the driving force in my five year goals that help me to realize where i will be in ten years.
i am very excited about my future, but most important, i am excited about today.

O Lifting
Natalie Woolfolk: spilt jerk | Crossfit, as most of us know, relies on functional movements, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and sprinting in a randomized fashion. These ensure the most prepared fitness possible. This Saturday, June 13th, from 8 to 10 am I will be holding an Olympic weight lifting training for women. This class is capped at 20 women to ensure each person is given adequate attention.
