Crossfit IS for pregnant Women
In this photo I am 4 months pregnant. I choose to continue working out and training with a certain level of intensity so that when April rolls around the baby's birth will be enjoyable! Can you imagine an enjoyable birthing experiance. I can honestly say that having Savannah was about like me doing a Fran with 95# thrusters.
I am doing well and looking forward to a great "Fran" time in April!
