IRONMAN
Training for ironman. I feel like the weekend worrior. I feel like I need a nap.
10 mile run, 2 1/2 mile swim, 90 mile bike followed by a 30 min run.
Can you say FOOD.
Rest, proper nutrition, and rest.

Amy came in from L town (Lubbock) with her daughter Hannah(over on your right)and her son Alaxander, 4 months chill'en in the stroller. KT, better know as Kelly Anderson, had baby 7 months ago, and Me, chees'en. Sisters 'till we die!

6 WEEKS
DOES 6 WEEKS SEEM LIKE A LOT OF TIME TO YOU?
I will focus on what I am handed today so that I am able to complete the task that is handed to me tomorrow.
