Nutrition Cert!!!!

What can I say? Robb Wolf brought the light.
It is time to fine tune this automobile. I am a porche transforming into a Lamborghini. World watch out.

I have been food logging and keeping up with the organic proteins... now it is time to dial in. 50% of my carbs will be consumed after my workouts, I am taking out a couple of blocks of carbs and replacing it with fat and I will see how my body responds. I should know in three days what my body thinks. If I am resting at least 8 hrs a night and I feel, look, and perform better... guess what guys... I am on the right track!!

Like I said, it is called " fine tuning".

I hope I don't get a ticket!

Benefits of following the zone.

To become well, nutrition should play the larger part of your goal setting. You may wonder how you set goals for nutrition. You may wonder what is the best system or diet to follow when looking at your food intake.

Crossfit believes that the Zone diet is the most benifial means to wellness, recovery, performance and being your perfect body weight and size.

This Saturday Crossfit Central will be holding a free community workout for the first 60 individuals to rsvp as well as receive a 2 block zone friendly post workout snack while receiving information on what the zone diet should look like for your size and height. We will have our trainers helping you to understand how to get started in the zone.

Please be ready to workout as well as spend 20 minutes after your workout with our trainers to learn how to zone and what it should look like when you set nutrition goals.

Lets get ready for the new year early and start our jouney to wellness this December!

After Pictures, Before Pictures

It is a great realization. I do understand my clients. I do understand what one goes through when faced with a weight loss goal, the scale, and the true meaning of go by measurements and body fat percentage....

I too am finding out that the best way is the Crossfit way.

Fresh Food

IF you have a place in your yard, why not grow a vegetable garden. Do you know how awesome that would be to walk out to your yard and get a few things for that perfect zone meal.

Kris and I have decided to grow our own food. Savannah is stoked about it too. It is to our understanding that food is energy and the more love and energy we put in to our food the better it is for us and our nutrition. Whach out you guys, we are about to glow!

It just makes sense.
